Early-70s dress with dark blue, poly bodice with v-neck and drop-shoulder cap sleeves; white skirt is a poly-cotton mix with stripes in blue, red, and yellow; original red, elasticated belt with hard plastic surcingle buckle.
Made in the USA. Union label (see pic) dates this garment to 1964-1973; I estimate it was made 1970-1973.
Very good vintage condition with the only noted flaws being some pilling to the bodice (see pic) and a few small stains near hem (see pic). Clean and ready to wear.
Tag reads US Size 12, which I estimate as a modern Small-Medium, although it may suit more voluptuous figures (see measurements). Approximate measurements: 36” armpit-to-armpit; 23”-32” elasticated waist; 27” length; 56” wide at bottom hem.
Black skirt in thick, heavy cotton—perfect for winter wear. Handpainted symbols are in Mayan or Aztec-style, depicting birds and geometric designs with rainbow strokes in hues of salmon, turquoise, yellow and green.
No holes, stains or odours; some sun-fading to fabric (see pics), but this is not readily noticeable when worn.
Metal side zipper and one huge side pocket with pinked edges. Hook closures are a bit rusted, but could easily be replaced if desired.
Label reads: LONDY of Mexico/HANDPAINTED COTTON/HECHO EN MEXICO/12.
Measures: waist 25 1/2”; hips free; 31” length. (All but 4th photo photographed with soft crinoline not included.)
Striking silk set featuring striped top and organic-patterned skirt in bubblegum pink, bright blue, pale blue, mustard, forest green, flame red, black, and white. Loose fitting top has snap closures and arrow detail at opening. Skirt has two large pockets, nylon zipper to side, and garment loops for hanging.
A set that keeps on giving...can be worn as a dramatic pair or dressed-down as separates--team the top with skinny jeans or wear the skirt with a plain sleeveless t-shirt or a black jumper.
Excellent condition. A few very light marks to front of top and one small stain near zipper of skirt (see pic).
Labels read: "Miss O by Oscar de la Renta/Made in Korea". Marked a size 12. Top measures (laying flat): 18" shoulder-to-shoulder; "9 sleeve openings; 23" length; 24" underarm-to-underarm. Skirt measures: 30" long; 29" waist.
Off-white shantung silk forms a backdrop for hundreds of varied-sized, hovering blue hummingbirds in this secretary-style dress. Garment also features full-length sleeves with buttoned cuffs, pussybow necktie, raised collar, acetate lining, belt loops, and self-fabric belt. Metal “VENUS” zipper to centre back.
Reminds me of something Jane Fonda might have worn on "9 to 5"!
No labels, but I would guess this was made by a professional seamstress the latter half of the 1970s.
Some very small brown spots to bow of dress (barely noticeable); faint stain to one armpit; blue colour run to the bottom of one sleeve and one one side of dress (see pics); otherwise in excellent, wearable condition.
Measures: 28” waist (belt can cinch this down to 27”); 35” armpit-to-armpit; 46” length.
Two* tall and slender glasses, each with a wide silver band at the rim.
Perfect for champagne, wine, or cocktails, and would suit as the bride and groom’s wedding toast.
In very good condition with no chips or cracks; there is a little wear to the silver bands, but this is barely noticeable.
Each glass measures approximately: 22cm height x 9.3cm top diameter; 162.2g.
(*Price is for pair, please contact me if you’d like to purchase more—four glasses available at this time.)
Designed by Norwegian industrial modernist Tias Eckhof in 1958 for Lundftofte, the Fuga (Latin for “flight”) stainless steel flatware is scarce, and the gold plated service exceedingly rare. I believe the pieces are gilded in 22k gold.
The spoons of the Fuga cutlery feature mirror-polished bowls with very subtle beaks-tips. The forks have long, mirror-polished paddles and short tines. The hard edges of the handles of the spoons and forks taper to attenuated necks with pendulous heads. The knives have shiny, ungilded stainless steel blades. All pieces have satin-finished handles, the soft sheen of which contrast the gleaming tops.
Each piece of silverware is stamped to the back: "Lundtofte Stainless Denmark".
There are light signs of wear from use on all the pieces and significant gold loss on two of the larger forks and on the handle of one butter knife (see last pic), front and back; structurally, all the pieces are in good condition and display well.
Set is for 6 place settings, including:
6 Dinner forks 7 5/8"
6 Salad forks 6 3/4"
6 Soup spoons 7 1/2"
7 Five o'clock teaspoons 5 5/8"
6 Dinner knives 8 3/8”
2 Butter knives 5 3/4”
Tracked shipping is included, but if buyer would like insurance, we can arrange that separately.
Fantastic cocktail glasses with duck-egg blue triangles and gold (guessing this is probably 22kt) pattern resembling crowns above squares.
Excellent condition with no noted paint loss, and the gold still bright and gleaming.
Measure: 14cm high x 5.8cm diameter.
Elegant and curvaceous, Art Deco-era clear glass martini jug with stripes of varied widths, some etched and some painted in gold or red. Polished pontil to base.
Some wear to gold and red paint, but otherwise excellent vintage condition.
Measures: height 24.5cm; top diameter 11cm; bottom diameter 12cm, handle add an extra 5cm to middle width of 14cm; 800g weight.
Narrow, mod tie in good condition--some light wrinkles and one small hole (see pic) to front of small blade, not visible when covered by larger blade.
No fabric content indicated, but feels like a wool or wool-rayon mix.
Label: "Arrow/Made in USA/Cluett Peabody & Co Inc".
Measures: 45" long; 2" wide at widest point.
Op Art scarf with a handpainted-looking large dot, half black and half hot pink. Colours are crisp and vivid.
Handrolled edges. Signed: VERA. No tags, but most likely made in Japan.
Excellent condition with no noted flaws.
Measures: 23” x 22”.
#1836
Simple and sophisticated ‘shorty’ gloves in two types and colours of leather; the palms of these gloves appear to be kid leather, while the backs feel to be doeskin. They are very fine and soft and exceedingly flattering to the hands.
No tags, but they are stamped “19” to the interior in several places and marked a size 7.
No major flaws but some light stains from wear (see pics).
Measure: 8 1/2” long; 3 1/2” wide at cuff (flat).
#1872
Geometric white glass choker with a mixture of round, bowl, and discus-shaped beads, as well as three rhinestone rondelles.
Decorative hook clasp stamped JAPAN.
Great accessory for a modernist bride.
Good condition; the only flaw noted is some light dirt and dust that I have not attempted to remove.
Measures 15.5” length, which can be shortened down to 13.5”.
Two seamless lucite bangles with laminated stripes, the first in creamy blue, pale transparent turquoise, and deep translucent turquoise, and the other in creamy pink, pale transparent pink, and translucent rose; I’ve paired these with an off-white, acrylic barley-twist bangle of similar size.
All three bracelets are in good condition, each bearing some minor scuffs commensurate with use and the turquoise showing a little more wear than the other two.
Measure approximately: pink and turquoise bangles 2.5” internal diameter, 3” external diameter, 3/8” wide; cream bangle 2.5” internal diameter, 3” external diameter, 5/16” wide.
Small pin made of textured and smooth, twisted forms. Marked to back “W. GERMAN.”.
Some very minor wear but overall in excellent condition—rollback clasp in fully working order.
Measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/4” (3.8 x 3cm).

Sweetest housecoat in summer-sunrise-pink (almost a day glo orange-pink colour) with green and yellow floral embroidered pocket. Bust darts. Front pockets with clever pads-though for belt or sale (belt not included). Pink nylon zipper to front centre.
Perfect for bumming around during the hot summer months!
Brand: “GO-IN’S by DANVILLE”. Fabric: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester.
Union label denotes this piece was made between 1964-1973.
Labelled a vintage Small. Approximate measurements (laid flat): 18” bust; 19” waist (unbelted); 8.5” arm holes (with reinforcement stitches); 36” length (shoulder to bottom hem).
