Deco riding- or racehorse-themed tiebar stamped "Krementz U.S.A." to back  I believe this intaglio is Essex crystal with a mother of pearl background, and the metal looks to be goldfill or gold-plated.

Slight bend to pin and a curve to tip of pin, but still fastens securely; some rubbing to gold plate; intaglio in excellent condition.

Measures: 8.5cm x .4cm; intaglio frame 1.5cm x 1.7cm; intaglio 1.3cm x 1.3cm.
