1950s “Richards” two-blade pocketknife with pearlescent handle. Made in Sheffield, England.

€0.00

Sweet little penknife with a pearlised handle on which is attached a tiny inscription plate that is currently blank—this could be customised with initials or monogram.

The base of the larger blade is stamped, “Richards” with the company’s "lamp-post" trade mark. Richards was founded in the 1930s by German brothers, Paul and Stefan Richartz.

The blades have been cleaned, polished, and oil and the pocket knife is in good vintage condition with just some discolouration to blades and a couple little stains to pearlescent plates.

Approximate measurements: (with blades folded) 3 5/8” long, 3/4” wide; larger blade 2 5/8” long; smaller blade 2” long; weighs 52.8g.
