Immaculately preserved, Alfred Philippe designed Modernist necklace with a squiggle centrepiece. The necklace has an extension chain of 7cm with a small solid ball at the end.

Signed in tiny font to the hook clasp “TRIFARI PAT PEND”—patents for pieces in this series were filed in 1953 (see images).

Absolutely no flaws, this choker looks as though it could have been made yesterday, with no signs of wear to the bright rhodium plating.

Measures: 16.5” long (inclusive of 2.5” extension chain); centrepiece is 1.25” tall at centre.
