1970s does 1940s pale green maxi dress with sheer CHIFFON overlay and FLOCKED, floral print in pinks, orange, blue, & purple. X-Small.
Gorgeous hostess gown with yellow lining and palest lime green chiffon overlay, completely covered in velvety flocked flowers, with long, sheer, puffy sleeves.
Pointed, 40s-style collar. Fitted bodice with darts to bust and back. 13 self-cover buttons from waist up, and three decorative buttons to each wrist. Light green, metal “NO SNAG” zipper from front waist down. Lining has pinked edges.
No makers tags. Likely made circa 1969-1973.
One small hole to side, under left arm (see pic) and some bluish stains to back (see pic), possibly colour transfer from another garment in storage. Neither of these flaws is readily noticeable when worn. Otherwise in very good vintage condition with the flocking still bright and fluffy overall.
