Bright red, full-length peasant dress by Scottish designer Marion Donaldson. Slip on a pair of wedge sandals, and you're good to go!

Elasticated, flutter shoulders (can be worn off-shoulder or ruffled around the collar bone) and ruched hem, both trimmed with green and blue ribbons. Matching belt is also decorated with ribbons, the ends of each of which terminate in a pair of beads. Nylon zipper to back.

No fabric content on labels but it looks like a semi-sheer crepe gauze in cotton or cotton-mix.

No flaws noted: this dress is in almost mint condition and looks to have never or seldom been worn.

Marked a (vintage) Size 12. Measures: 27” waist (will stretch to about 28”); 53” length; 34” bust.
