This scarf depicts a number of popular diversions of the 50s, including the ballet, the beach, jazz nights, golf, tennis, and horseback riding in magentas, blues, greens, creams and browns, with a russet border.

This item has been well-loved and much used. There are two gashes, a number of small stains, some tiny holes, and even a few stitched repairs (see pics). The silk shows signs of distress in general, but could still be worn or displayed. This is definitely a scarf that you don't need to be too precious about.
