Classic Mid-Century dress in glowing shantung silk with a floral print in blues, greens and pinks.

Unusual back-buckle velvet belt with a self-fabric detail to front. Shallow, hidden pockets to sides (just enough to tuck your hands into)! Stand-up collar; metal zipper; darts to bust and waist; generous 3” hem will allow for letting down if desired. Turquoise metal zipper to middle back. Fully lined in turqouise acetate.

Label reads: R&K Originals/FOR THE GIRL WHO KNOWS CLOTHES and Union label indicates that this garment was made circa 1963-1964.

In excellent, ready-to-wear condition; some very faint water marks to front of skirts (barely noticeable); one belt loop in need of repair; belt backing is separating from velvet in some places.

Measures: 24” waist; 35” armpit-to-armpit; 40” length.
