Structured 30s top with a feature-zipper (fully working). The zipper is a metal sunray Talon with a bell-pull. Believe the main material to be rayon.

Some places (6-7 by my count) where the scribble string needs to be tacked back down (especially at underarms) and two small seam separations (about 1") at sides; Fading to one shoulder and sleeve due to sun exposure (could be dyed). Otherwise, the garment is in good structural condition. Very wearable and would look great with a tailored skirt or over a dress.
