Darling circus or zoo themed novelty brooch showing a sleek seal with a copper flipper, a large diamante eye, and balancing a striped ball on his nose. The ball is a large plastic bead and it readily spins when touched.

I believe the brooch is largely comprised of stainless steel, but but the metal may be brushed aluminium.

Excellent vintage condition, with the only flaws being some light signs of wear commensurate with age, and a little excess glue around the rhinestone eye.
