Cream shell bangle with iridescent glow and a carving of radiating lines, resembling the rays of the rising or setting sun. The bracelet has been carved from a single slice of conch shell, hand carved and then polished to bring outs its rainbow hues.

No signature, but Iikely to have originated from Tahiti.

Would suit as a bangle on a wider hand/wrist, or as an upper arm cuff on a more petite frame.

In excellent condition with no noted flaws, other than some very light scuff commensurate with age.

Approximate measurements: internal opening 2 3/4”, fin at widest point 15/16”, wall varies from 3/16”-1/4”; weighs 4g.
