Striking, rigid, collar-style necklace with a teardrop-shaped cutout to one side. The wearer could string a pendant through the cutout, if desired, but, as is, it’s a great minimalist piece that would fit in well with a pared-back wardrobe.

The necklace has 5 stamps: the first, on one end, reads simply “925”; the others, clustered on the other end of the torc, are: “G O” inside conjoined circles [the initials of an unknown maker]; weighing scales, reading “925”; an oval with “925” inscribed inside it; and an anchor [for Birmingham].

Excellent vintage condition with no noted flaws.
