Unisex pendant with four symbols of Ireland: the Claddagh ring, the Shamrock, the High Cross, and the Harp.

Back of the pendant is marked “Made in Ireland” and hallmarked:

• "SD" (maker’s mark)

• the Irish hallmark

• 925 sterling silver mark

• the control (scale) mark for 925 silver.

  The 'SD'' makers mark belongs to the collectible designer Solvar of Dublin, Ireland, founded in 1941. Chain has a spring ring clasp and is marked “925” to either side of clasp.

  Some scuffing commensurate with age and wear, but otherwise pendant and chain are in good vintage condition.

  Approximate measurements: pendant 3.5 x 1.6 x 0.2cm; chain 41cm long; weighs 11.2g.
