1940s Brown suede gauntlet gloves. Occupied Japan. Small.
€0.00
Dark fawn pair of leather gloves. Very well constructed with three points to back of hand, quirks between each digit, and separate fourchettes for each finger. They are each stamped “MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN” to the interior, signifying they were made between 1945-1952.
In good structural condition with numerous small stains to both gloves (see pics) and what looks like a V-shaped pen mark to the palm of the right glove; there are also some fold marks to the gloves from storage; overall, ready to wear.
Marked a size 6 1/2, these are quite narrow and I would class these as a small. Measure: 9 1/2 long; 4” wide at wrists.
