Weighty, oval-shaped Victorian Revival bracelet, engraved to one half with botanical flourishes. Inspired by the Aesthetic Movement of the 1870s-1880s, this elegant bangle fills in well for a genuine Victorian era piece.

My mother tells me these bangles were all the rage when she was a child in 1950s Ireland. She coveted one herself!

Stamped to interior "W.T.T. & Co" for W T Toghill & Co of Vyse Street, Birmingham. Hallmarks for Birmingham, silver, and “K” (for 1959).

Some light dents to the plain side of the bracelet; otherwise in good vintage condition with a nice patina and perfectly working push and slide clasp.

Approximate measurements: 6.2cm internal width, 1.3cm height, weighs 22.3g.
