1960s Goldenrod-coloured ultra-skinny necktie with black embellishments
€0.00
This narrow, yellow tie is embossed with crowns and fleur-de-lis and has a row of the same symbols embroidered down the centre.
In good condition, aside from a small stain to the side of the larger blade (see pic), a small bit of lightening around the row of symbols (very hard to even capture on camera), and some light wrinkles.
Label reads: "Beau Brummel Jr./ALL RAYON". The neckwear company's name is a tribute to famed Regency-era sartorialist Beau Brummel, who helped popularise the necktie and who was called by Baudelaire "the black prince of elegance".
Measures: just under 2" at widest point; 50" long.
