1930s "Blouses, Skirts and Jackets" sewing magazine with factory-cut patterns. ORIGINAL (not reproduction).
This 32-page (including cover) magazine was issued in January 1936 (Weldon's Home Dressmaker, No. 502) and features a number of illustrations of garments plus several interesting advertisements. Printed in monochrome, apart from the covers, which are colour.
Folded patterns remain inside, seemingly unused, but I cannot tell which they are (all five advertised on the cover may remain, but I will leave it to buyer to investigate, unless requested to examine further).
In poor condition with an illustration cut from the cover, as well as a tear to the cover and two pages and numerous folds and stains. The spine's binding is also compromised, but overall, the beautiful illustrations internally are still very good references.
Magazine measures 21.5 x 29.5cm.
