1930s Goldtone pin of cowboy in chaps on horse with whirling lasso spelling “Whoopee”.
€70.00
Figural brooch with a man riding a bunking bronco. The pin is is a mid-1930s souvenir (or perhaps a prize) from the Pendleton Round-Up, a rodeo first formed in 1910. The illustration style reminds me very much of Tintin’s adventures in America!
Some wear to gold finish (appears to be brass with a gold wash) (see pics), but otherwise in excellent vintage condition, with c-clasp in excellent working order. Unsigned but likely made in USA.
Measures approximately: 2” x 2”.
