This scarf is made of the softest silk and depicts a snarling, red-eyed fox (or possibly wolf?). Because of its unusual illustrations and the lack of a label, I’m unsure of the era—likely 1940s to early 1950s.

The piece has numerous issues (see pics), including a small hole, some stress to the fabric, some pen writing in one corner, and many stains. I have not attempted to clean it and it is being sold as is. Still a wearable scarf with outstanding graphics.

Two edges are unfinished and the other two machine-hemmed.
